Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a supplement: please contact us before arrival.
Yes: small dogs and cats (up to 5 kg / 11 lbs) are welcome. We also provide a courtesy kit (bed, foldable bowl, sanitizing wipe, waste bags, “pet in room" door tag). Please let us know when booking.
Our team is available to arrange private transfers on request. Email or call us with your date/time and flight number; we will send you rates and availability.
Buffet breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, featuring local and organic products, with gluten-free and lactose-free options. For cocktails and aperitifs, Elle Terrace, the hotel rooftop, is available. Terrace services are suspended from October to April. The Lounge Bar on the mezzanine floor is open to the public daily until midnight, with restaurant service available until 10:30 pm.
Rome Life Hotel is at Via Palermo 10/12, 00184 Rome, a few steps from Via Nazionale. The hotel is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
From Roma Termini railway station you can walk following the route shown on the Location page (Piazza dei Cinquecento → Via Nazionale → Via Milano → Via Palermo). The hotel is also easily reachable by bus from Termini, getting off at Palazzo delle Esposizioni.
We are close to Rome's main city-centre sights: Via Nazionale, the Opera House, and a short distance from Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum.
The Grand Suite features a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Rome Life Hotel has a 400 m² meeting room for conferences and corporate events and a fifth-floor terrace (Elle Terrace). Guests can also use facilities at Rome Times Hotel (100 metres away, part of Tridente Collection): a gym and a small wellness area, both exclusively for hotel guests. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath, with massage treatments by Hikari Wellness available. Spa access and treatments require advance booking. Rome Life Hotel does not have private parking and is in a ZTL: contact us for nearby garage/parking solutions.
Yes, the official website features exclusive rates and offers. Guests who book on our site also receive one complimentary 30-minute session in the wellness area at Rome Times Hotel. Even if you don't see availability online, we recommend contacting our Reservations Office for a further check.
All bookings come with maximum cancellation flexibility, free of charge up to two days before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, a penalty equal to the first night applies.
Payment is always made at the hotel, but the staff reserves the right to pre-authorize the first night to verify the credit card provided and as a guarantee in case a penalty applies. Unless otherwise agreed, the pre-authorized amount is automatically released; timing varies depending on the cardholder's bank.
For bookings made on our website, click “modify/cancel reservation" in the booking widget or inside the booking engine by selecting Personal Area. Then enter your check-in date and the cancellation code found on the last line of your confirmation email. The ability to modify or cancel is subject to the cancellation policy accepted in the "Terms & Conditions". You can also review the policy after purchase in your confirmation email.

Rooms at Rome Life Hotel do not have balconies. Some rooms face the street with a city view, others face the inner courtyard. Allocation depends on room type and availability; we recommend requesting your preference when booking.
There are spacious room types (e.g., Junior Suite and Grand Suite) that can accommodate up to 4–5 guests, depending on the room. For adjacent/connecting rooms, please contact us and we will suggest the best option. Cots are provided free of charge on request (subject to availability). Please mention this when booking or contact Reception before arrival.
